Lord of Coins will determine rates of exchange once an order has been processed and funds have been received via our streamlined and hassle-free payment process.

We charge exchange fees ranging from 5% to 8%, depending upon various factors, including the payment method you choose to utilize for your transactions. Additionally, the location you reside in will be a factor in calculating exchange fees. When you enter an amount of fiat currency during a purchase, the applicable fees charged, including the Bitcoin amount is displayed on the software interface. This will be displayed before a user completes a purchase.

Your Bitcoin will arrive in your wallet within 24 hours.

Users will be able to cancel orders before receiving the purchased Bitcoin. However, once the Bitcoin has arrived in a user’s wallet, the user will lose the option to cancel.

It is required to provide an ID, passport or driver’s license in order for Lord of Coins to comply with AML (anti-money laundering) and KYC (know your customer) rules and regulations.
